Shipping and Delivery Times
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every Tramandato creation is handmade to order by our artisans. Production times can reach up to 30 business days, plus shipping. Each piece is unique and crafted with the care that only traditional Italian craftsmanship can offer.
Why up to 30 days?
Because each creation is handmade and often customized. We put care and time into the details, so we prefer to provide ample lead time to avoid surprises.
Can I get it sooner?
Yes, if the production line is short or the item is already in stock, we ship as soon as possible. Many orders arrive before the stated deadline.
I need the item for a specific date, what do I do?
Please contact us before purchasing and let us know how many pieces, which variants/colors, and when you need them. We'll get back to you with a rough estimate.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your delivery.
Customizations
Can I customize the products?
Yes! Each of our products can be customized to your needs. Contact us to discuss your idea and create something truly unique.
What if I am allergic to the indicated material or want to change the material?
No problem! Contact us with your needs and together we'll find a solution that's right for you.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a product?
Made-to-order or personalized products cannot be returned. In-stock products may be returned within 14 days. For full details, please see our Refund Policy . We encourage you to contact us to discuss any issues—your satisfaction is important to us!
Is the product defective or the wrong color?
Oops! We're so sorry! If you've received a defective, damaged, or different product than what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@tramandato.com (within 48 hours of receiving it). Send us some photos of the problem and we'll promptly replace it or issue a full refund. Shipping costs will, of course, be covered by us! For more details, see our Refund Policy .
